Description

is located on Soi Khao Talo in East Pattaya. It is one of the very best housing estates in
all of Pattaya. The house is situated in a quiet gated community with wide streets, lush

which features a sink, three gas hobs and a combination washer/dryer all built into green
faux granite counters.

Security features include: four wireless cameras with a monitor and DVR. The recorder
has a two week recording capability and is automatically recorded over. You can access
the cameras over your Wi-Fi cell phone or computer when you are away. In addition to
the camera security system, there are motion sensors on the two rear terraces which
trigger lights if an intruders approach the rear entrances. There are also twenty lights
around the interior perimeter walls to provide landscape lighting. All of these features are
on automatic timers which can be adjusted and/or disabled.

This house features a high speed fiber optic connection (55/25) with five access points
throughout the house and garden. In addition to the security features described above,
this system connects four wall mounted 55" UHD, 4K, Smart TVs including two 3D LG
OLED TVs in the master bedroom and living room (these are the best commercially
available TVs on the market at the time of this writing), and two Sony 7000 series UHD,
4K, Smart TVs in the secondary bedrooms. Each of the four TVs has a Yamaha Soundbar
sitting on entertainment shelf with compartments for DVD/DVRs, Play Stations, XBoxes,
and other home entertainment components. Wires and connecting cables for most of this
equipment is hidden behind and out of sight running through concealed channels in the
walls and ceilings. The internet connection will easily accommodate all your computers,
printers, cell phones and other connected devices.


The property is being offered for sale 14.5 million baht and is for rent under a one-year
contract for 85,000 per month plus a two-month deposit. Shorter term leases are
available at competitive prices as well as a lease that will allow for subleasing to daily or
weekly tenants should the master lease holder wish to use the property as a short term
